适用范围

为贯彻执行地震工作以预防为主的方针,使预应力混凝土建筑结构经抗震设防后,减轻其地震破坏,避免人员伤亡,减少经济损失,制定本规程。本规程适用于抗震设防烈度为6度至8度地区的现浇后张预应力混凝土框架和板柱等建筑结构的抗震设计;抗震设防烈度为度地区的预应力混凝土结构,其抗震设计应有充分依据,并采取可靠措施。

【摘要】:4.1Theradiochromicopticalwaveguidedosimetrysystemprovidesameansofmeasuringabsorbeddoseinmaterials.Undertheinfluenceofionizingradiationsuchasphotons,chemicalreactionstakeplaceintheradiochromicopticalwaveguidecreatingand/ormodifyingopticalabsorbancebandsinthevisibleregionofthespectrum.Opticalresponseisdeterminedatselectedwavelengthsusingtheequationsin3.1.6.ExamplesofappropriatewavelengthsfortheanalysisforspecificdosimetrysystemsareprovidedbytheirmanufacturersandinRefs(1)through(5).4.2Intheapplicationofaspecificdosimetrysystem,absorbeddoseisdeterminedbyuseofacalibrationcurvetraceabletonationalorinternationalstandards.4.3Theabsorbeddosedeterminedisusuallyspecifiedinwater.AbsorbeddoseinothermaterialsmaybedeterminedbyapplyingtheconversionfactorsdiscussedinISO/ASTMGuide51261.NOTE1-Foracomprehensivediscussionofvariousdosimetrymethodsapplicabletotheradiationtypesandenergiesdiscussedinthispractice,seeICRUReports14,17,and34.4.4Thesedosimetrysystemscommonlyareappliedintheindustrialradiationprocessingofavarietyofproducts,forexample,thesterilizationofmedicaldevicesandradiationprocessingoffoods(4-6).1.1Thispracticecoverstheproceduresforhandling,testing,andusingaradiochromicopticalwaveguidedosimetrysystemtomeasureabsorbeddoseinmaterialsirradiatedbyphotonsintermsofabsorbeddoseinwater.1.2Thispracticeappliestoradiochromicopticalwaveguidedosimetersthatcanbeusedwithinpartorallofthespecifiedrangesasfollows:1.2.1Theabsorbeddoserangeisfrom1to10000Gyforphotons.1.2.2Theabsorbeddoserateisfrom0.001to1000Gy/s.1.2.3Theradiationenergyrangeforphotonsisfrom0.1to10MeV.1.2.4Theirradiationtemperaturerangeisfrom-78to+60176;C.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
