【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformancetestsformouldedrubberbootsusedatendclosuresondrumtypewheelbrakecylinders.Thesebootspreventtheentranceofdirtandmoisturewhichcouldcausecorrosionandotherwiseimpairwheelbrakeoperation.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletobootsofbothplainandreinforcementinserttypes,forfittinginwheelcylindersusingafluidinaccordancewithISO4925.Itdoesnotincluderequirementsrelatingtochemicalcomposition,tensilestrengthorelongationatbrakeoftherubbercompound.Itdoesnotcoverthestrengthofadhesionofrubbertothereinforcementintheinserttype.Therubbermaterialusedinthesebootsshallbesuitableforoperationinatemperaturerangeof-40℃to+120℃.
